Where do you deliver?

We deliver only within West Malaysia (at this moment). We are working very hard to allow deliveries to East Malaysia soon.

How long does it take for delivering physical goods? 

All goods are subject to availability and will be delivered by our appointment delivery partners. 

For express delivery, we will prioritise your orders and ship out within 1 day upon confirmation and payment.  

For standard delivery, it usually takes 4-5 working days. Please take note that working days do not include weekends and public holidays.  


What is the delivery option for non-physical goods?

Upon checking out, please select "Pickup" as your delivery method so that you will not be charged for delivery. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is successfully placed and paid.


How can I check my delivery status?

You will receive the tracking information via email once your order is fulfilled. You can use the information given to track your shipment.


My goods were damaged during delivery, can I get a refund?

We are not responsible for any damages done during shipment. However, we will help on your process for refund claims with the courier in charge. Depending on the respected courier company, refund may or may not occur.
